Late age onset ocular migraines, no headache

Thank you for your question. The first thing I'd like to mention is when we have new and/or different symptoms, especially later in life, it's a good idea to discuss them with the doctor. This way he/she can rule out anything more serious.

The term 'ocular migraine' is not an actual diagnosis and used more as a descriptive term. There is no such diagnosis according to the International Headache Society's International Classification of Headache Disorders, the gold standard used for diagnosis migraine and headache disorders. Migraine with aura, Retinal migraine are two forms of migraine disease that have visual disturbances as some of

I did, in my 30s... all the visual disturbances, little to no pain. More disorienting than anything... and lately I've been getting the sort of hangover part where I feel super tired for like a day afterward. My doctor told mey they were likely hormone related.
