Is there any one else who has Black out spells with migraine

Thank you for your question. I imagine blacking out during a migraine attack would be scary. While not common, fainting or syncope is possible with a migraine attack. If this is a new and/or different symptom it's important to discuss it with your doctor. If you haven't had a chance to so that I would encourage it.

That is scary. No, I don"t. But I do feel dizzy and light headed. So I usually lay down as it's safer than moving around.

Yes!! I have passed out many times from my migraines. It was my first symptom, actually and that was 4 years ago. They have changed from that onset point many times and while I do get lightheaded and dizzy still I haven't passed out completely in a while. It is super scary though and I didn't want to left alone in the tub or driving because it would happen so fast. Hope you find relief...

It is a symptom of vestibular migraines. I'm not good with adding links, but you should google it. Good Luck!
