Blurry Sparkling Movie?

I was watching Titanic and all of a sudden something was wrong with the screen. I kept blinking and trying to see the movie, but then there was a large white bright light and it followed my eye line. I had no idea what an aura was, I had never heard of them. I was really scared.... And that brings me up to today where they are basically daily, not hideous every day, exhausting though and I rarely have auras at all now.
