Mirlove: I have had my Cefaly since January 2018. I have found the “preventative’ mode does not help much, but the abortive can be effective in keep a “tension or other HA”. from flipping to a migraine. And durning a migraine it can help you fall asleep. I haven’t has decreased frequency or intensity, but at least I can get a bit of sleep. Good Luck,
