Just someone to listen

I've been collecting disability through my former employer which was a public employer so it's not SSI or SSDI. I went through my annual review. Thought everything was good. Unfortunately it was not, he review board wanted additional information from my doctor. Should be no problem. The doctor claims they send it to them in September, review board claims they never received it. I've been requesting copies of the information since before Thanksgiving. Doctor's office has been putting me off and putting me off. Because of this my disability payments have been withheld for 2 months now I'm frustrated. I'm angry. I'm at a loss as to what else to do. I want to scream at the doctor. I want to scream at them at the review board. I know those won't get me anywhere. Thank God I am changing and moving away from that doctor. Up until now he had been wonderful. I'm at a loss short of camping out in his office to get the paperwork I need. I don't know what else to do. Thank God my husband can support us but with the economy right now we could certainly use my disability also. I just needed somebody else to hear me. Thank you.
