Post birth control migraines
Does anyone know how long post birth control migraines last? I went off Sunday and have had one the past 2 mornings when I woke up.
Great question. It's been a LONG time since I was on birth control, but if I remember correctly I had a similar experience and it took a bit of time (maybe a few weeks) before my head settled down a bit. I'm sure others will be along shortly to share their more updated story!

? Any better this week? Everybody's different, I know you've heard that before. 😉 I'd give it at least one full cycle. Depending on what you were on specifically, it can even take a few months for things to settle down and for your cycle to normalize.
